Terms of service

1. Scope
These terms apply to all products of Johann Strama ("we") at 161-97-106-227.sslip.io and its subdomains.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use our products. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
3. Plans and payment
Free plans can be changed or discontinued. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the products: no illegal content, no attacks on the service or other users, no attempts to bypass limits or security.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may develop our products further. If we discontinue a product, we tell you in advance and let you export your data.
6. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
7. Final provisions
The law of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
